- Hormone linked to autistic traits
Researchers in the UK have found that foetuses with high levels of male sex hormones, testosterone, have a higher chance of developing autistic traits in childhood. However, there is still much work to be done to find out what causes the increased levels of testosterone and how it affects the foetus.

Let your kids have more fruits, vegetables and fish as researchers have found that those who do have a lower risk of developing asthma and allergies.

- How older siblings stunt growth
Apparently, a study done in the UK has found that an older sibling, particularly a brother, can stunt the growth of their younger siblings. Well, I’ve got to dispute the study’s results as that doesn’t seem to be true in my case as my sister is tall for a girl and she’s definitely much smarter than me. Anyway, it’s important for parents to know the extra financial and emotional resources required to have more than one kid.
