Fast Food Has Salt Content Equal to Sea Water

According to this Telegraph UK article, fast food has too much salt in them … some might even contain twice the recommended daily intake of salt.

Pizza Hut was named the worst offended as their family value meals contain twice the maximum level recommended of salt for adults and four times the recommend level for a six-year-old.

Anyway, I think we need to cut down on the amount of fast food we eat a month to help cut down the salt intake for us and Matthew. Guess we’re eating a lot more fast food given the many outlets that are conveniently located plus the excellent home delivery service that we have in Singapore.
