- Chickenpox vaccine ‘will overload children’
Even though doctors have said that the chickenpox vaccine is critical for children, campaigners feel that there just too many vaccines that a child needs to take before they turn 18. In the UK, there are as many as 17 different injections that a child has to take as part of a national immunization program. Well, for me, I’m also worried about the number of jabs that Matthew has to take since he was born. While I agree that immunization is critical to his general well-being, there are just too many. And we even got a letter from the Health Ministry to remind us to send Matthew for his ‘Measles, Mumps and Rubella’ jab. However, we have read about the possible linkage to autism and bowel conditions. And it seems like his body refuses to take the jab as every time we want to bring him for his jab, he will fall sick and we have to wait for him to recover fully.
